When you email Doval or submit a quotation request, we may receive information such as your name, organisation, business contact details and the products, services or project requirements you ask us to quote. We use that information to respond, prepare quotations, manage the resulting customer or supplier relationship, and meet legitimate legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Quote form processing

The website quotation form sends the submitted information to Doval Sales. The form does not take payment and does not itself create an order or contract. Doval does not intentionally publish quotation submissions on the website.

Security and retention

Doval applies access controls, security measures and retention practices appropriate to the information and service involved. Information is retained only for the relevant business, legal, contractual or regulatory purpose.
